Print books

Unread books in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact us first for the return address; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.

Digital products

Because a download cannot be returned, digital purchases are not refundable once the file has been downloaded, except where required by law. If a file will not open or the download link does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
